We Signed a New Strategic Investment in the USA
In 2023, Aksa Power Generation expanded its strategic investments in the US market and started a new factory investment with a closed area of 20,000 m2 in Houston. The facility, which will produce motor groups in accordance with Tier IV standards, will increase the Company's production capacity for the American markets. This new production facility of Aksa Power Generation also contributes to the goal of providing better service to customers in the USA while increasing quality standards with UL 2200 certification and NFPA 110 compliance.
We Became the Majority Shareholder of Spanish Dagartech
Aksa Power Generation B.V. acquired the majority of the shares of Dagartech, generator manufacturer in Spain and a significant market share in Europe, in September 2023. Following the merger, which offers Aksa Power Generation B.V. and Dagartech the opportunity for mutual growth and strengthening their global presence, both organizations will continue to operate under their own brands and carry out their projects independently.
